Have you received lingerie and/or clothing that doesn’t fit? You can return and exchange these articles. You can also notify us before you return the articles, in order for us to process your exchange as quickly as possible. Advance notification is not necessary but can speed up our handling of your returned goods.

Returning address

Return of goods is free of charge. You will only pay shipping costs. For the address, see the sticker on the packing slip included in your order.

We do not exchange

The above-mentioned articles may only be exchanged if the article is defective. Defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Defective articles (not excluded from return by the above list) must be returned and received by us within 14 days of your taking delivery of your order.

Cancelling your order

Any order may be cancelled, without disclosing the reason, after the order has been placed and before it is dispatched by us. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation of dispatch. In the event of cancellation, you can respond to the order confirmation by telephoning us or by filling in the form below. Cancellation of your order will be confirmed by e-mail. Requests for cancellation may be regarded as received by us once you have received our confirmation of receipt of such a request. If you have already paid for your cancelled order, EDC Internet will refund your payment within fourteen days.
